My name is Daniel Politton. Movies are huge parts of my life. I've been fanboying over movies since 2007, although I know they've always been my desire since I was a kid.
There are so many movies I love that I don't know where to start, among them are The Social Network, The Breakfast Club, Little Miss Sunshine, Lars and the Real Girl, and many more. My favorite director is David Fincher and I love literally every movie he's made. My favorite actors are Joaquin Phoenix and Ryan Gosling, and my favorite actresses are Carey Mulligan, Julianne Moore, Jennifer Lawrence. I think they're four greatest contemporary actors alive and no one even comes close in my book. Yes, there are many amazing veterans, I respect, appreciate, and love many of their performances, but I don't really adore them as persons, as much as I do all four mentioned above.
Besides focusing on pop culture, I'm also a devoted traveler. Traveling is the way I change my life. It's important because it fundamentally transforms myself. I love traveling because it's nice to explore different cultures and make new friends. It gives me perspective on things. I tend to be traveling every year, as long as time and money permit.
I wouldn't call myself a believer because there's always aspects in religion that I don't agree with. I also find peace in not believing. That's just how I live my life. But I respect everyone equally. :)
